Jae Turner (Curator)
Jae Turner holds a Ph.D. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Emory University. She works in the areas of 20th century U.S. material and visual culture. Jae is particularly interested in exploring configurations of feminism, gender, and sexuality which operated during the mid-twentieth century (or “between the waves” of feminism) from a queer feminist perspective.
She is currently revising her dissertation, "Mary E. Hutchinson: The Absence of an Oeuvre," for publication.
